This policy covers the VM Ops Manager desktop application and vmops.app.
Summary
The application does not collect, transmit, or store your data on our servers. There are no accounts, cloud sync, or telemetry. The website is static and has no tracking cookies.
Desktop application
Projects, servers, credentials, monitoring data, and events are stored in SQLite on your computer. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your master password.
Network connections
The application connects only to SSH servers that you configure. License verification is offline; there are no hidden update checks or usage analytics.
Website and support
The website does not embed third-party tracking. Your theme preference stays in browser localStorage. Support emails are retained only to handle your request. Do not send private keys or passwords.
